Over the past few weeks, I've been feeling a bit stressed out about the nature of the project, where we go, how we get there. As any entrepreneur would tell you, sitting around and not worrying about the bottom line is a recipe for disaster. At the same time, if you can't step back and be proud of what you have accomplished, then you'll never get to where you want to go.

The past several weeks have been a roller coaster. We've had expensive breakdowns, national press coverage, encouraging leads, huge distances, and of course, amazing stories. We've hit 21 states so far, and produced over 40 stories. We have met some truly remarkable people, and have had great experiences with each other.

After having phone calls with Sandra, Raj, and my mom and dad over the past few weeks, it's clear that I need to make sure I keep in mind the positive. We took an idea and proved it could work. The format works, and is achievable, and considering our budget, the quality is impressive.

I don't know what the future will bring, or even if we will be able to financially continue. But we've done a great job so far, and no matter what happens, I'm looking forward to what's next. That's worth getting excited about.
