November Recap

November has been the most important month to date for Bus 52. So many different developments have taken place, it's hard to describe them all in one quick post.

The most obvious development has been the recruitment and addition of Amy Rose Chin and Steven Hascher to the ground team. The beginning of the month saw us struggling to choose between all of the very well qualified and excellent candidates for our fourth person. In the end though, both Steven and Amy displayed both the skills and the unique qualities that stood out the most in our eyes, and we simply couldn't choose between them. So we did what any insane bunch of people would do: we decided to take both of them! So far we have moved from strength to strength. With the addition of the two newbies, Bus 52 is becoming more complete in structure and more professional in output.

We are also continuing to build our support team. Naomi Wallis-Ryder has come on board as our St Andrews intern coordinator, and we have some fantastic candidates wanting to help out. Another post on that soon.

Bus 52 also received its first bit of media coverage from the Gazette! You can read all about it here.

We were very pleased to announce that LandAirSea Corporation has come on board as a sponsor. We will be able to show you, our viewers, our location down to 10 seconds of accuracy! Read more about the device we will be using here.

We are very proud of all that we have accomplished so far with Bus 52, and the month of November has been a great one for our development and a great test of our determination. Stanley the Bus is in the shop right now getting a major refit, and you can look forward to much more construction, planning, and painting to be discussed in December. We're getting more excited each day to set off, and hope you are too!
