Bandelier State Park

Bandelier State Park

I really enjoy moving every other night and getting to call a new place home - we've had some great places, and some not so great places over the past couple months and I'm sure we've yet to see the best and the worst.

New Mexico was one of the most beautiful states we've been to, in my opinion, and it's a shame that we didn't get to spend more time living in the really pretty parts. Our campgrounds were usually pretty far away from the particularly scenic areas. Fortunately our van has added increased mobility and ability to see the sights.

One trip we took was the Bandelier State Park - which is between Santa Fe and Española Valley. And is it a trip! You drive down into a canyon and at the end of your drive is a trail that winds through caves and little homes tucked into rock face. We were all pretty blown away, and had a really good time climbing around and snapping photos. Hope you enjoy my photo album of our little trip!
